温湿度計の履歴データ右上の設定ボタンから設定画面に入り、クラウドサービスはONになっていますでしょうか？
私も最初わからなかったのですが、これがOFFだとシーンに反映されないようです。

温湿度計の設定画面（歯車マーク）の「クラウドサービス」はオンになっているでしょうか。
そこがオフになっているとシーン設定画面にも温湿度計が載ってこないようでした。
それが原因でないとすると、ごめんなさい、ちょっと分かりません。
